World Cup/Euro Regulations

General

1.1 The games will be played in two phases, the group stage and knockout stage, the format depends on number of registrated players. Team captains must be informed about the competition format before the tournament starts.
1.2 The order in the table will be decided by: number of points scored, goal balance, goals scored, head-to-head matches.
1.3 Each player from the team must play at least 15 minutes in the tournament until the end of the group stage, and may miss a maximum of one match of their national team, otherwise this rule does not apply.
1.4 A player who, by signing up in his nominal position, i.e. in which he played during the last league, would take a place in the 1st pot during the draw, but changes his position for the draw and gets lower pot, e.g. GK from the 1st pot signs up for DEF and is in 2nd pot, cannot play in his nominal position.

Playing matches

2.1 The matches will be played in the 3v3 format.
2.2 Allowed pitch – Big.
2.3 Allowed ball – Normal 01 or another by mutual agreement (excluding fire ball).
2.4 The length of one half is 10 minutes, and the entire match 20 minutes in the group stage before semi-finals. From semi-finals we play in a 2×13 minute format. In case of a draw in knockout stage, teams should play extra time 2×3 minutes. If that will not select the winner, teams play golden goal (1 goal limit, no time limit).
2.5 The times and dates of matches are set in advance, if the date needs to be changed, consultation with the organizer is necessary.
2.6 We send recorded matches to Head Goal League Discord.
2.7 If we do not receive a recording of a match, we may consider the match as not having taken place.
2.8 We play matches on a neutral host, or with the consent of both teams, on a non-neutral host.
2.9 Lateness to a scheduled match is valid for up to 20 minutes, after 20 minutes the team waiting for the opponents may apply for a walkover.
2.10 If a team cannot show up for a previously scheduled match, the change of date depends only on the good will of the opponents.
2.11 A penalty for verification of the competition as a walkover means that the result of the match is verified as 0:10 to the detriment of the punished club.
2.12 If the goal difference at the end of the match is equal to or higher than 10 to the detriment of the punished club, then the actual result of the match is upheld.
2.14 Players of the opposing team are not obliged to play on the host of the opposing team if the ping of any of the players is over 80 and it is the fault of the host.
2.15 In the World Cup, there is a match for 3rd place in which the losers of both semi-finals will play.

Course of matches

3.1 If after the start of the match it is clearly visible that one of the players is inactive, then such a match should be restarted.
3.2 Starting the match (determined by the first dozen or so seconds of the game) is tantamount to consenting to play it on a given server. Then it is only up to the goodwill of the other team whether they will accept your request to interrupt/change the server. If they do not agree, such a match must be continued. Players leaving in such a situation will be treated as an escape.
3.3 A player leaving during the match and not returning within 5 minutes is treated as an escape.
3.4 Of course, it is possible for the opposing team to agree to play the rest of such a match at another time.
3.5 We can only turn on the pause during a break in the game (goal).
3.6 The maximum length of the pause is not specified, however, if the opponents significantly extend it, the captain of the other team may demand that the pause be turned off (approx. 5 minutes).
3.7 We will only resume the game when all players are ready.
3.8 We do not write in the chat during the match, but after the break between the goal and the start of the game, a few words can be exchanged.

The rest

4.1 The most important person in the club is the captain and he should make all decisions (e.g. whether his team agrees to play on a given server).
4.2 Any attempts at cheating after detection will be severely punished.
4.3 In the event of a change of “nick” compared to previous games organized by HGL, the player who changed the “nick” or the captain of his team is obliged to inform the organizers of this change. In the absence of such information, both the given player and his captain may be punished.
4.4 Insulting the administrators will be treated very severely.
4.5 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from their compliance.
4.6 We reserve the right to change the rules at any time during the league.
4.7 The final vote in every situation will always belong to the organizers.
